Careers

At Ultimate Air, our team is the reason residents across the Brown, Kewaunee, and Door County area trust us with their comfort. Since 2007, we've built a reputation for expert advice, unbeatable workmanship, and unparalleled customer care, and we're always looking for skilled, motivated people to help us carry that standard forward. Whether you're an experienced HVAC technician or just starting your career in the trades, you'll find hands-on training, a supportive team, and the chance to work with high-quality Lennox HVAC systems. Unlike shops that focus on just one or two services, we handle everything from heating and cooling repairs to new system installations and indoor air quality, so you'll have room to grow your skills and your career with us. If you take pride in your work and care about doing the job right, we'd love to hear from you.
