- Above pricing does not include state & county taxes.
- All inspections and / or maintenances will be done during normal working hours of 7 a.m. – 3 p.m. Monday – Friday; latest appointment in the day is 1:30 p.m. for 1 unit, 11:30 a.m. for 2 units
- Hours listed below each level are hours included in maintenance; any additional repairs will be quoted prior to technician moving forward
- Boiler Maintenance does not include maintenance kit; additional cost for maintenance kit (if needed) will be additional cost
- Refrigerant is not included in maintenance
- Monthly payments will be automatically deducted from Debit / Credit card, on the first of each month for 12 months Please feel free to contact office in order to have assistance in setting this up and give credit card information.
- Each piece of equipment enrolled in the Comfort Club Must be enrolled in the same service level package
- Indoor Air Quality equipment (humidifier, air exchanger, UV light, etc..) is not covered by any Comfort Club package level;
service for these items will be a la carte pricing.
